Provide ICT and Communication services for the Melaka State Mufti Department.
OBJECTIVES
To make the administrative machinery of the Melaka State Mufti Department and the Falak Al-Khawarizmi Complex a modern, productive, efficient and effective administrative body in carrying out its functions by fully leveraging the use of information and communication technology (ICT) and related information systems.
To establish coordination with the State IT Unit to implement the State IT policy towards e-Government.
To establish cooperation with state and federal religious institutions as well as institutes of higher learning (IPT) in the field of IT.
To ensure all mosques in the State of Melaka have IT facilities, including infrastructure and mosque management information systems that are effective, comprehensive and sophisticated.
To provide basic information technology training services to members of the Melaka State Mufti Department and mosque management in the state of Melaka.
ACTIVITIES
Manage / Maintain the Department's Data Network / Application Systems.
Manage and Monitor the Melaka State e-masjid Program.
Manage and Maintain Server Hardware, Computers, Networking and All JMM Information Systems.
Manage, Maintain and Monitor the al-azim.com portal and mosque websites.
Study, Develop and Implement New Information Systems for Department Use.
Data Entry into the System
Manage graphic design and multimedia presentations based on Department requirements
Prepare Technical Reports Related to the Department's IT.
Manage and Coordinate Related Courses, Workshops, Seminars, Conventions.
Provide Guidelines / Advisory Services to Department Staff Regarding ICT.
Manage the Department's Online Talks and Broadcasts
