Establishing a data-driven culture in the public sector that practices a principle-based approach through the use of data and digital technology;
Transforming the delivery of digital services in the agency with a focus on customer experience based on the Whole-of-Government concept through innovation involving data sharing, open data and emerging technologies;
Assessing, coordinating and certifying requirements for digital services, technical service design and development budgets, and managing the agency as implementer of digitalisation initiatives and projects.
